Mr. Nine Engraving is an independent studio in Taiwan creating one-of-one, traditionally hand-engraved watches for collectors around the world.
The philosophy
Every commission begins with a conversation.
I believe a bespoke watch should tell its owner’s story. Every engraving is created exclusively for a single collector, with a composition designed specifically for its owner rather than a repeated pattern.
The objective is not decoration alone. It is to create a personal object that can carry a story, belief or memory for years to come.
The craft
No CNC. No laser engraving.
Only traditional hand engraving. Every line, background and detail is cut by hand, allowing the depth and rhythm of the work to respond directly to the architecture of the watch.
Each bespoke watch typically requires 100–150 hours of hand engraving. Projects involving precious-metal inlay require even more time.
One composition
Each project begins with an original design rather than a reused pattern.
Entirely by hand
Designed and traditionally hand engraved by Mr. Nine in Taiwan.
