Classical ornament shaped around Panerai’s sculptural case.

The client envisioned a clean and understated design, favoring restraint over elaborate ornamentation. Flowing classical scrollwork extends seamlessly from the bracelet to the lugs, creating a continuous composition with a refined sense of rhythm and balance. A generous area of negative space is intentionally preserved at the center, allowing the gold-inlaid cross to become the visual focal point—a subtle symbol of faith and conviction. The contrast between the darkened background and the bright hand-cut surfaces enhances the depth and dimensionality of the engraving while preserving the watch's clean, architectural silhouette. The result is a harmonious balance between classical ornamentation and contemporary design.
